Veronicia Johnson is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She is a Licensed Nursing Home and Assisted Living Administrator in the States of Alabama and Georgia. She has been working in long-term care for over 10 years. She obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from Troy University and her Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Management and Community Health Education from the University of Alabama Birmingham. While attending UAB, she was a part of the UAB Track and Field Team. There she was awarded student-athlete of the week, January 2009, and received a Conference USA Academic Honor Award for being a student-athlete with a 3.0 or higher in 2008. Veronicia has received several awards while working in long-term care. In 2016, She received high marks from the government by being declared Deficiency Free from the Alabama Department of Public Health. She also received a 2016 and 2017 Customer Service Excellence Award and Most Recommended Facility Award. In 2017, She was awarded the Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association. Veronicia’s passions are to bring joy into other’s lives, especially senior and kids, mentoring, traveling, and helping others.
Michael Rosemore has been the medical director since 2006. Michael Rosemore is the Chief of Medicine at HealthSouth Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital. He is certified with the American Board of Family Practice. He is a graduate of Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at The University of Alabama Birmingham Hospital.
